Other Details:
- There are steps from the pavement over the embankment wall, then a ramp down to the pier that can be extremely steep at low tide. There are steps from the pier down to the boarding points.
- Metered on-street parking available on Victoria Embankment and Temple Place.
- Black licensed taxis pass regularly along Victoria Embankment. Ranks at Charing Cross Station, Embankment Place (under rail bridge) and outside Savoy Hotel.
- There is a red route loading box just before Temple Pier on Victoria Embankment.

A loading bay can be found on Victoria Embankment, London, WC2R 2PN (opposite Temple Tube Station).
The loading bay is marked on the road by a red dotted box as per the photo, and is situated on the westbound side of Victoria Embankment.
Current* restrictions for the loading bay are:
- No stopping at any time except 10am - 4pm and 7pm - 7am
- Loading max 40 minutes
- Please note that the loading bay is operated by Westminster Council.
